Reservation policies

Generally, a full payment is required at time of reservation if your departure in less than 6 months.

Payment options

You can by check (mail or online) or credit card. In case of credit card payments there is a 3% processing fee. Alternatively, you can send your bank wire. If you would like to send payment via bank wire please ask your travel specialist to provide you with instructions.

We recommend that you save 3% on your transaction and mail your check to us or use Online Check: Open in same window or Open in new window

Customers from outside of the US can pay in their own currencies. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and NZD. Please request your travel specialist if you would like to be invoiced in currency other than US dollar.

Cancellation policies

For all canceled reservations there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount.
If cancellation is made 59 days or less before first day of the cruise, cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation deadline is 30 days before the first date of the cruise. After this moment no cancellation requests will be accepted.
