Who we are
We are not a cruise company and we do not own or operate any of the ships. We are an American travel agency with the headquarters based in Washington DC and a Logistics branch - in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Our mission is to show Russia to the world. We embarked on this journey years ago when we realized that there was not a single company offering comprehensive quality service for American travelers willing to go to Russia. Since then, the geography of our clients has grown to include those from 50 countries of the world. What is more, our service has set the bar for the entire Russian travel industry. Slowly, but surely, through day-to-day operations we were introducing American service quality to the Russian market by creating unique products and by working with the best travel suppliers. Eventually, our efforts and hard work paid off! By 2011 we have grown into a recognized leader in the industry and became the first company ever to be named by The World Travel Awards as Russia's Leading Inbound Travel Agency.Our service
Before offering any cruise or any other travel service to the customer our Logistics Team does an immense amount of work to find suppliers able to deliver only best-quality travel services - hotels, transfers, cruise companies, restaurants, guides. Suppliers that do not pass our quality control standards are weeded out in this vigorous ongoing review process. Those suppliers that are selected as passing the quality standard are further recommended to our Product Development team, which is responsible for tour program design. In the meantime, the Logistics Team negotiates with the representatives of these supplier companies about getting the lowest rates and the most favourable terms to us. Thanks to our unblemished reputation and the name, it becomes possible and as a result we can pass these savings on to you.Our Customer Service Team in Washington helps our clients to choose the right ship and to plan the whole journey - visas, flights, insurance and so forth. Consisting of many native Russians this team does an amazing job helping our customers in planing their journeys, in selecting the right ships and in deciding when to travel and what to see in Russia.
