Dear Tatiana, we had a wonderful trip. And we want to congratulate you and thank you for your patience in answering all these questions we had over a long period of planning. The ship was very good, and the crew was very good. I was concerned with the lower deck cabin but it was very good and the two port holes were of a decent size, and the air conditioning worked well. The group of TravellallRussia was small but they combined us in a larger group called English-speaking group or Natasha group from the name of the girl Natasha who was in charge of us and took very good care of us at all outings. She and her colleague Liza were very good to us and the ship must be complimented to have those two working with them. They spoke excellent English and were great guides. The transfers were an important part of the arrangements and they worked perfectly....thanks for that important step in the trip arrangements. We were in Russia 30 years ago and we found an enormous change in all aspects of life, buildings, roads, transport, etc,etc. Russia is progressing at an unbelievable pace and is becoming Westernized and very attractive for tourists. All in all, we have been very satisfied and we thank you for all you did in the preparation., Bern may want to add to this from her computer.
