MS Chernyshevsky River Cruise

We just got back from the river cruise booked with your company.  We had such a great trip!  We really, liked Russia and the cruise. It was very relaxing, yet we got to experience Russia, see the various historic places, meet the people and eat the food.
 
Our accommodations were as we expected, but since we stayed in the lower cabins, we felt like we had that lower section to ourselves.  Of course there were others in the other cabins, but since no one was on that deck, going to and from other areas of the ship like on the upper decks, we just left our 4 cabins door open & visited with each other, making our plans etc. We decided that the lower deck was the best since our cabins were a little bigger than the upper deck's cabins.
 
We got to see so many places, experience passing through the many locks along the route and visit some really nice cities along the way.  We especially liked Yaroslavl.  That is such a unique city!  We were disappointed that we couldn't go to Khizi Island and see the church built with no nails, but because of fog the night before, the ship was not able to travel putting us off schedule.  To make up for it, they allowed us to go to a Folk Festival Show at no charge.
 
I wrote a review for Trip Advisor on your company.  It was just below a really bad complaint from a guy that had made many notes on your company with bad reviews. It looked like he was a real complainer to me with no understanding of itinerary changes beyond your control.
