Ukraine’s mightiest river will take you from the ancient capital of Kiev to the land of the Cossacks, from the shores of the Black Sea to the cities of Yalta and Odessa. A special combined Dnieper River and Black Sea cruise program is also available.

There are many important historical sights in Kiev - the ancient capital of Russian lands - the most important being St. Sophia Cathedral and Pecherskaya Lavra. St. Sophia's Cathedral echoes the past glory of Byzantium, while the Pecherskaya Lavra (Cave Monastery) recalls the deep asceticism of early Christianity.

This day is free for your to explore the city. We recommend seeing Andreevsky Izvis, which is one of the Kiev's oldest merchant streets. The optional tour for the day is a visit to the Pecherskaya Lavra.

For this day, we have planned a general tour of the city including the visit to Maidan Nezalejnosti - Kiev's central square where events of the Orange Revolution took place few years ago. The optional tours for the day include visit to St. Sophia's Cathedral and performance of the Ukrainian National Chorus.

This day you will spend sailing along the river shores. Staff will prepare a program for you, Ukrainian National Day – Ukrainian cuisine and Ukrainian language lessons.

Welcome to the lands of Cossacks, the freedom loving rules of Russian and Ukrainian steps, the best horseman in the whole Europe. Today, we will visit the Museum of Cossack Glory. An optional tour of the day is the Cossack Horse Show.
Day 6
Kherson
Kherson
Our ship will approach the Dnieper Delta and the town of Kherson. Kherson was established as a Greek outpost on this side of the Black Sea. These beautiful lands are also famous for their vineyards, that were best in the Soviet Union. After exploring the town we will head to the real Ukrainian fishing village to see a traditional lifestyle of the locals.
Day 7
Sevastopol
Sevastopol
Sevastopol is the capital of the Crimea. It is known for the battles that took place here during the Crimean War and the World War II. It is also a base of Russian Black Sea fleet. Today, we will visit the memorials of Malakhov Barrow, Sapun Mountain and the Cemetery of German Soldiers. Optional tours for the day include a bus tour to Bakchisarai and performance of the Black Sea Fleet Ensemble.

Sevastopol

This is a free for you to explore Sevastopol. The optional tour for today is a bus trip to Yalta that includes a visit to Livadia Palace, the summer getaway of Russian tsars. It was there that Winston Churchill, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Joseph Stalin met for Yalta Conference in 1945 to determine the future of world order.

You will have a walking city tour in a old style Ukrainian village Vilkovo.

Free day in Odessa. The optional tours for the day are visit to the Museum of Fine Arts and a farewell dinner at Belgorod-Dnestrovsky restaurant.
