Our favorite thing about Russia was the wonderful staff on the cruise ship Russ and the English speaking tour guides both on the ship and at every stop. What an outstanding group ...we were impressed with every one of them. 
Let me tell you it was probably the best trip I have taken and we go away 3 times per year, it exceeded my and my wife expectations by 300%.
